Drīms un oriģinālās Viasat kartiņas (Dreambox – Viasat) no sākuma var likties nesavienojama lieta.

Tomēr  tā nav…

Vēl ir iespēja izmantot oriģinālo Viasat kartiņu ar Dreambox, kas  kā zinām nav oficiāli “piesiets” pie Viasat.

Instrukcija Dreambox 500 konfigurācijai priekš Viasat. (Darbosies arī uz citiem Dreambox modeļiem)

Mērķis:


Skatīties Viasat ar Dreambox500 nevis ar primitīvo Thomson 4200 , Samsung 560N  un citiem Viasat draņķīgiem sat uztvērējiem.
Problēmas būtība:
Viasat karte ir piesaistīta konkrētam uztvērējam. Tā nestrādā vienkārši to pārliekot citā uztvērējā.
Nepieciešamās lietas:
1. Oriģinālā Viasat karte (komplekts).
2. Dreambox 500
3. Noregulēta antena.
4. Dators

1.darbība. Thomson 4200 ID numura iegūšana.
Thomson 4200 ID numura atrašana ir aprakstīta Thomson instrukcijas latviešu valodas sadaļas 33.lapā. ID numurs sastāv no 11 cipariem. Pierakstam pirmos 10 ciparus.

Pēdējais ir lieks. Viss. Thomsons mums nekad vairs nebūs vajadzīgs. Līdzīgi citiem modeļiem

2.darbība.

Dreambox sagatavošana konfigurācijai.

No http://www.dream-multimedia-tv.de/english/downloads.php ielādējam DreamUP V1.3.1.0 vai jaunāku
No http://www.dreambox4u.com/ ielādējam Gemini 3.60 vai jaunāku
Savienojam dreambox ar datoru.

Ieteicamais savienojums – caur com portu. Izraujam elektrības vadu no Dreamboxa. Startējam Dreamup.

Spiežam Connect un tikai tad pieslēdzam Dreambox strāvai. Tad ielādējam dreamboxā tikko novilkto Gemini 3.60 imidža failu. Kad tas paveikts pievienojam Dreambox televizoram, antenai un datoram. Slēdzam visu iekša, uzstādām antenas un citus parametrus.Dreambox - Viasat

3.darbība.

Dreambox konfigurācija
Pirmais solis jāveic ar Dreambox pulti. Spiežam Dreambox pults zilo pogu, tad spiežam 2, tad izvēlamies „ielādēt un uzstādīt”. Spiežam „cam” sameklējam Newcamd v6.10b – Complete.

Ielādējam to. Tad tādā pašā veidā ielādējam NewCS_1.20 (bin) un MGCamd1.24 Complete.

Kad tas izdarīts tad no cam-config ielādējam Newcs config, Newcamd config, un MGCamd config. Kad tas izdarīts Blue Panel ieslēdzam Newcamd Cardserver 6.10b. Viss, esam beiguši spaidīt dreambox pulti. Tagad pienākusi kārta datoram.

Atveram savu ftp programmu un savienojamies ar dreambox. Es izmantoju CuteFtp 8.0.

Tagad mums būs jāpārtaisa 2 faili, kuri atrodas šajā vietā: /var/tuxbox/config/newcamd
Tie būs cardserv.cfg un newcamd.conf.
Vispirms uzbraucam uz cardserv.cfg nospiežam peles labo taustiņu izvēlamies edit un izdzēšam visu faila saturu. Tā vietā iekopējam šo:
